  1. Hello hello thank you for your chicken feet write up. It is most precious. I just found out yesterday (from a “new” friend of mine from the Philippines) how good chicken feet collagen is for you. SO, I tried to cook it last night…I did it the way you explain it you know I did everything I needed to do and then I’ve topped it off with the water a little bit, but after I cooked it for a few hours, the water came out of it. I had to keep adding water so what am I doing wrong

    I made it with cilantro, yellow pepper, onion, and some mango pepper seasoning and a dash of Vermont maple balsamic vinegar dressing Yum.!!!

    Like I said, I had to watch it for hours and my issue was the water kept steaming out so I kept adding more. what am I doing wrong?
